Apple Cake

Again, I come to you with a cake without eggs based on water! This apple cake is super easy to prepare with the ingredients you already have in the house. Check it out.

You’ll Need:

1 ½ cups of flour.
1 cup of sugar.
1 tsp of baking soda.
½ tsp of salt.
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
1 tsp of vanilla extract.
1 tsp of cinnamon.
¼ tsp of nutmeg.
5 tbsps of canola oil.
1 cup of cold water.
1 cup of peeled, cored and diced apples.

How to:

Preheat the oven to 350° and grease an 8×8 baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon. Make 3 depressions and put the vinegar in the first, vanilla in the second and oil in the last. Pour the water over all and mix until well combined.

Fold in the apples and stir to combine.

Bake for 45 minutes and drizzle some powdered sugar on the top before serving.
