  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen pea
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken
