The beauty of this recipe is that no one can tell the ingredients! It’s easy to make, delicious and crispy! Check it out.

You’ll need:
1 cup of sugar.1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar.2 cups of all-purpose flour.1 tsp of salt.2 cups of uncooked regular oats.1 cup of shortening.2 eggs.½ tsp of baking powder.1 tsp of baking soda.2 cups of oven-toasted rice cereal.1 cup of raisins.

How to:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the shortening until creamy and mix in the sugar gradually until well combined. Mix in the eggs until well mixed.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt then mix in the wet mixture until well combined.
On greased cookie sheets, place the cookies 2 inches apart after you shape them into 1 inch balls.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool on wire racks.
Enjoy!
Easy, peasy and crispy! I love these crispy oatmeal cookies, the toasted rice cereal gives them a nice crispy taste. Give this recipe a shot and let me know what you think.
