Island Pecan Pie: Your Classic Pie with a Tropical Touch

If you’re tired of your usual pecan pie, then you should give this island pecan pie a try. Who knows? You may fall in love with it just like we did. This pie is just as fabulous as the classic pie. Adding the coconut flakes and the crushed pineapples gives the pie some lightness. It’s slightly sweeter, but it’s also quite refreshing to the taste. This clever recipe is from Emily of Favorite Family Recipes.
