Mom’s Banana Bread

Every once in a week, I make this banana bread which my mother use to make us! It’s so delicious and easy to prepare. Check it out.

You’ll need:
¼ cup of softened light butter.¼ cup of skim milk.2 large egg whites.1 tsp of baking soda.1 cup of sugar.1 ⅔ cups of mashed ripe banana.¼ cup of low-fat sour cream.2 cups of all-purpose flour.½ tsp of salt.Cooking spray.

How to:
In a bowl, beat together the sugar and butter using a mixer at medium speed. Mix in the banana, milk, sour cream and egg whites and beat until well combined.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and salt until well combined then add to the wet mixture and mix to combine.
In 5x2x1/2 miniature loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray, spoon the batter.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 45 minutes and cook in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Simple, easy and yummy! We don’t have bread much, so when I bake some, I try to give it my best, and this mom’s recipe is worth it! Give it a shot.
