In just 15 minutes, craft a dinner so scrumptious it’s hard to believe it’s healthy

Eating healthy is something that most people strive for; but working, taking care of kids, running to ball games and music lessons, and being active in sundry other events often edges out the home-cooked meal. If you could create a balanced meal that was healthy and tasted good in under 30 minutes, would you try it? Gimme Delicious shares how to put chicken and vegetables together for a great meal that cooks in 15 minutes.
Start with some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, a head of broccoli, three different colors of bell peppers, a zucchini, and an onion. For a slightly different taste, Skinny Taste uses asparagus, mushrooms and carrots instead of zucchini and broccoli, but keeps the onions and bell peppers. Using whatever vegetables you have on hand will add your own flair to this dish.
For those who want to save on the cook time, chop your chicken into small pieces along with your veggies. If you don’t mind the meal cooking a little longer, Skinny Taste leaves the chicken breasts whole.
Once all your chopping is done, Gimme Delicious recommends placing your chicken and vegetables in a shallow baking dish and drizzling them with olive oil. Season them with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika, and toss them all to coat the pieces well. For a different taste, Skinny Taste uses olive oil, balsamic vinegar, two crushed garlic cloves, a little sugar, and some rosemary, thyme, oregano, and sage for its coating.
Place your baking dishes in a preheated oven to bake. Gimme Delicious uses 500°F (260°C) for 15 minutes, but Skinny Taste recommends 425°F (218 °C) for 20 to 25 minutes. The results are healthy, tasty and filling.
