How do you feel about a yummy cold pasta salad with some italian dressing? My family loves this salad so much, we can have solo on lunch (I’m kidding!). Check it out.
You’ll Need:
1 box of rotini pasta.
1 bag of frozen vegetables.
1 cup of pepperoni.
1 cup of diced pepper jack cheese.
Italian salad dressing.
How to:
In salted water, cook the pasta al dente and drain. Cook the vegetables and drain them.
Let the pasta and the vegetables cool for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, vegetables, pepperoni and cheese. Season with the Italian dressing and chill until serving time.
