EGG WASH

• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

FILLING

• 4 oz cream cheese, warmed, for spreading
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons lemon juce
• ¾ cup heavy cream, optional
• 1 ½ cups strawberry, diced, divided

TOPPING

• confectioners sugar
• maple syrup
