Chicago-Style Pizza

Do you feel like having a chicago style pizza? No need to order take outs! You can make it home, and it will taste the same. Check out this easy recipe.

You’ll Need:¾ cup of shredded part skim mozzarella cheese.3 tbsps of thinly sliced fresh basil.½ cup of grated fresh parmesan cheese.⅛ tsp of black pepper.2 (10 ounce) cans of refrigerated pizza crust dough.Cooking spray.1 ¼ cups of cooked atsa spicy pizza sausage.1 (14.5 ounce) drained can of no salt added diced tomatoes.
How to:

Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray, and unroll the dough portions onto it slightly overlapping the edges.
Seal the edges together by pinching them then pat the dough into a 15×12 inch rectangle.
Top with mozzarella cheese, sausage, basil and tomatoes leaving a ½ inch border.
Top with parmesan cheese and pepper.
In a preheated oven to 450° bake for 2 minutes, reduce the oven to 425° and bake for 12 more minutes.
