Chicken Parmesan

You love chicken like I do? This recipe is life saving! It’s a 5 ingredients recipe and it takes 20 minutes to prepare and cook! Check it out.

You’ll Need:
1 tsp of dried oregano.4 tbsps of freshly grated parmesan.2 (12 ounce) packages of low fat baked breaded chicken breasts tenderloins or cutlets.1 ½ cups of jarred marinara sauce.Freshly ground black pepper.

How to:
In a shallow roasting pan or a 9×13 cake pan, place the chicken and sprinkle it with oregano then top with the sauce.
Top with the parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven to 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Season with pepper to taste and serve with mixed greens dressed with a vinaigrette.
