1 Mins read

Feeling like having fish tacos ? who can blame you, they’re so good! I personally love fish tacos more than meat tacos. This recipe is so simple and I’m sure you’ll love it. Check it out.

You’ll Need:
3 (8 inch) flour tortillas.1 (10 ounce) jar of tartar sauce.1 (10.6 ounce) package Gorton’s extra Crunchy fish tenders.1 small thinly sliced red onion.1 ½ cups of shredded Romaine lettuce.

How to:
First, prepare and bake the fish according to the package instructions.
Now, wrap the stack of tortillas in foil, arrange them in a baking dish and place in the oven during the last 5 minutes of baking.
On serving plates, place the warm tortillas, put 2 tenders on each one and cover with a few slices of the onion.
Top with a dollop of the tartar sauce and ¼ cup of lettuce.
Fold the tortillas and enjoy!
Easy, peasy and yummy! I usually have these fish tacos for dinner, the whole family loves them so it’s a win win! Give it a shot, and let me know what you think.
