Fried Rice

Some consider this fried rice as a salad, but I can see lunch and dinner in this dish too. It’s so good and delicious I can have it alone over a meal. Check out my recipe.

You’ll Need:
3 cups of cooked white rice.3 tbsps of sesame oil.1 cup of thawed frozen peas and carrots.1 small chopped onion.2 tsp of minced garlic.2 slightly beaten eggs.¼ cup of soy sauce.

How to:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the peas, carrots, onion and garlic tender. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and reduce the heat to medium low.
Fry the eggs in the other side of the skillet until scrambled. Mix in the rice and soy sauce and stir together to combine.Bonne Appétit!
Easy, peasy and delicious! Each time I make this fried rice I add something different such as diced ham, or green onion or whatever you like that goes with fried rice! Give it a shot, you will thank me later.
