Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 6-8 hours
Serves: 6
Ingredients
4lbs steak
1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
6 sweet potatoes
6 frozen corn on the cob
Directions
1. Put your steak in the bottom of the slow cooker and pour the beef broth and A1 sauce right on top.
2. Cover your steak with tin foil
3. Wrap your sweet potatoes and corn in tin foil and place them right on top
4. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
5. Serve your fully cooked dinner with butter on the side to smother those delicious sides
Pro tip: Make sure you use a nice, thick steak for the recipe. Because you cook this meal low and slow all day, you need a slab of meat that is going to soak up all those juices and handle the heat. When it’s all said and done, this steak is well done. But, it sure is juicy and tender!
