Roquefort Quiche

I love cheeses! I cook with almost all types of cheeses, and this roquefort quiche is one of my latest recipes! Check it out.

You’ll Need:
3 slices of crumbled cooked bacon.1 (9 inch) pastry shell, partially baked.½ cup of heavy cream.4 ounces of softened roquefort cheese.1 minced scallion.3 slightly beaten eggs.2 tbsps of butter.

How to:
Scatter the cheese, bacon and scallion in the pastry shell.
In a bowl, mix together the eggs and cream and pour the mixture over the shell.
Dot with butter and bake in a preheated oven to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
