White Chocolate Candy Cane Cheesecake

I love cheesecake, lets just start there so over the next couple weeks I will be bringing MORE amazing cheesecake recipes to you that you and your entire family will LOVE!

Ingredients

Oreo crust Ingredients

• • 36 Oreos, finely crushed
  • 1/2 C unsalted sweet cream butter, melted

Cheesecake Ingredients

• • 1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 3.4 oz. box white chocolate instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp plain gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Chocolate ganache ingredients

• • 2 C semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C heavy whipping cream

Whipped cream ingredients

• 1 C heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 C powder sugar
• 1 tsp peppermint
• 1/4 C crushed candy canes
• 1 piping bag, fitted with a star tip
