Ingredients You Need
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 15 oz. Evaporated Milk
- 1 TBSP Garlic, Minced
- 1 Small Onion, Diced
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Instructions
Bring the chicken broth, garlic, and onion to a boil in a large pot. Add in the broccoli, evaporated milk and shredded cheese and simmer for 30 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
Use Moon Cheese as the croutons for this soup to give it an extra cheesy delicious taste!
