Finger-Licking Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Bites: Snacks that Keep Parties Fun

These bacon-wrapped chicken bites are extremely easy to make. They’re also pretty quick, taking only a little over 30 minutes to make. What you’ll get from each bite is a cube of chicken breast wrapped up in bacon, coated with a mix of brown sugar, cumin, and chili powder, and baked to crispy delightfulness. You can easily make a new batch of these babies when they run out, but I chose not to at my Super Bowl party because I wanted to watch the game, not the oven trying to make sure these bites won’t burn. So if you’re serving this at your party, just make a big batch and have fun. This awesome recipe is from Dr. Dan of 101 Cooking for Two.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 pounds bacon
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
