Lemon Chicken Casserole: A Super Yummy Pasta Bake with a Citrus Bite

This lemon chicken casserole is pure yum. You’ve got pasta and chicken breast cooked in a sauce made with milk and chicken soup. Ingredients:

1 pound dry small pasta
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 medium yellow onion, diced small
salt and black pepper
2 14.5oz cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated
fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
1/2 of a small lemon, sliced, garnish
